1. All prices quoted are in NZ Dollars and include GST.

2. Ferry fares to/from Waiheke Island are not included in the tour price.

3. All  tours must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure online booking system, or via internet bank transfer (NZ only). We do not accept cash on the day.

4. Our tours operate rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather we will happily refund or rebook. Other extreme circumstances leading to a cancellation will be subject to discussion at the time.

5. Please provide your own car restraints for children under 7 years.

6. Covid Cancellation Policy – in the event of a change in Covid Alert levels impacting on our ability for your booked tour to operate or your ability to travel to us to take your tour, we will fully refund your tour or rebook with no fees at an alternative time.

7. Cancellations

a) All  tours except private groups

  • More than 7 days before tour: a 10% fee will be deducted
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before tour: a 50% fee will be deducted unless you rebook (subject to availability)
  • Within 48 hours of tour or if you ‘no show’: no refund

b) Private groups

  • More than 7 days before tour: a 10% fee will be deducted
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before tour: a 30% fee will be deducted unless you rebook (subject to availability)
  • Within 48 hours of tour or if you ‘no show’: no refund but rebooking may be offered depending on circumstances and availability
  • Cancellation fees apply to individuals and/or the entire group. Any change in numbers may require a re-quote
